1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of CC Entertainment & Ventures and engaging with our digital resources or inquiry forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of this site immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of the site.

2. Definition of Boutique Services

CC Entertainment & Ventures operates as a boutique entity. Our services are categorized as Artist Management, Strategic Booking, and Industry Consulting. We do not operate as a volume-based talent agency. We reserve the right to refuse service or representation to any party at our sole discretion, ensuring alignment with our brand values and existing artist roster.

3. Booking Engagements & Artist Riders

Inquiries submitted via this website regarding the booking of Gord Bamford, Dallas Alexander, The Hip Replacements, or any future rostered artists are considered preliminary inquiries only. A booking is not legally binding until:

  • • A formal Performance Agreement has been drafted and executed by both the Buyer and CC Entertainment & Ventures.
  • • All financial deposits required by the contract have been cleared in our accounts.
  • • The specific technical and hospitality riders for the Artist have been reviewed and approved in writing.

4. Consulting & Strategic Advice

Consulting services provided by CC Entertainment & Ventures are based on over two decades of industry experience. While we provide strategic roadmaps for career planning, marketing, and brand positioning, we make no guarantees—expressed or implied—regarding specific commercial success, chart positions, or financial returns. The music industry is subject to external market forces beyond the Company's control.

5. The Curated Network Disclaimer

Engagement with CC Entertainment & Ventures may involve referrals to our "Curated Network" of third-party professionals (e.g., legal counsel, publicists, radio trackers). While we only refer clients to trusted partners, CC Entertainment & Ventures is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of these third-party experts. Any separate engagement with them is governed by their own specific terms of service.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The names, logos, artist photography, and proprietary strategic frameworks found on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of CC Entertainment & Ventures and its rostered artists. Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, reproducing, or using artist images (Gord Bamford, Dallas Alexander, The Hip Replacements) for promotional use without an executed performance contract or express written permission from the Founder & Principal.

7. Confidentiality

During the course of consulting or management discussions, proprietary business strategies may be disclosed. Both the Company and the User agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding deal structures, artist rates, and internal strategies. This obligation survives the termination of any verbal or written engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CC Entertainment & Ventures shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, the delay of a tour, or the cancellation of an event due to Force Majeure (including but not limited to health emergencies, weather, or venue failure). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
